Small town feel, not a large place, but has your basic weight equipment and plenty of cardio machines. Great family atmosphere considering it's the only gym in the NRV that has childcare.

This is a basic gym or troughers classes and high intensity interval training and cycling among others. Personal trainers are available for a fee. The gym is cost effective and no fills. It does have locker rooms for both men and women and lockers available.
